If you ever visit New Mexico, you must visit the Folk Art Museum. The museum complex is up on a hill with wonderful views and houses the Indian Art Museum as well. I took so many pictures it would be impossible to post them all!
The complex invites you to linger and sit for awhile while enjoying the blue skies, it's sculptures, and native plants. I hope these pictures will give you an idea of what I have been talking about.
The Folk Art Museum offers a glimpse at pieces from all over the world. Miniatures, villages, automatons, Steiff, and sculptures in clay, wood, and other natural materials are just a few of what I saw.
You'll find something for everyone.
